Mission Statement

Our mission at Park Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is dedicated to helping our guests not only recover but live better lives by providing the highest level of medical treatment and patient care possible. We treat our patients with the utmost sensitivity and respect, ensuring their complete comfort during their stay. Our facility thrives on our commitment to individualized, top-quality care. Each day, we seek to provide a family-like experience, with a warm, yet professional atmosphere for each of our guests. This commitment is what makes us distinguished within the peaceful Evansville community where we are located.

Our Approach

We understand the challenges one faces when choosing a rehabilitation or long-term care facility for a loved one. Pine Haven belongs to a family of facilities dedicated to providing the highest level of care possible for both our short-term friends, and long-term family. We implement a unique method to providing care, one that focuses on nurturing the overall mental and physical wellness of our residents, not just treating medical issues. Our state-of-the-art facilities combine cutting edge technology with a warm, friendly atmosphere. Aside from our top notch, round-the-clock medical care, guests can look forward to community outings, fun activities, luxurious rooms, and hands-on, delicate care. For our long-term and short-term residents, we offer an individualized plan of care and services tailored to meet specialized needs. For our short-term rehabilitation patients, we focus on strengthening our patients so that they can return home as soon as possible. Family education, training, and care conferences are also available to address longer-term goals and discharge planning. In order to ensure a smooth transition after discharge, home evaluations are completed for most rehab patients returning home within about 1-2 weeks. For our long-term patients, we do our utmost to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. Our experienced staff maintains constant communication with our patient's medical team as well as their family members. At Pine Haven, you can rest easy knowing that your family member will receive warm, compassionate care, making his or her stay with us both comfortable and enjoyable.

Testimonials

"After my sister being at Pine Haven and also now my parents, I really feel like a member of the Pine Haven family. I never have to worry because I know for a fact that my loved ones are always in great care. The staff always goes above and beyond to care for their residents. Pine Haven has always held a special place in my heart, and I try to recommend the facility to anyone I know who is in need of its services."

- Donald Jeude, Family Member

"Our family was delighted to learn that my brother was going to be placed at Pine Haven. As a professional, I've evaluated hundreds of patients in many health care facilities for decades and I would rank Pine Haven as one of the very best that I have seen. Its tradition of care
is exceptional."

- Curtis L. Barrett, Ph.D., ABPP

"I got a lot stronger while I was at Pine Haven. The staff was great and their attitudes were very positive. The workouts I did were hard and when I wanted to quit they encouraged me not to give up. I was able to go home and walk farther than I did before I came to Pine Haven."

- Mason Willett, Former Patient
